ARMA developer Bohemia Interactive has announced this week its first-ever investment in Polish studio Enjoy Studio, creator of Everwind.
The mil-sim videogame company has acquired a minority stake of an undisclosed amount of Enjoy Studio, becoming a co-owner and partner of the company as well as integrating the team they’ve collaborated with in 2024 via the Bohemia Incubator program.
Everwind is an RPG/survival sandbox developed by Enjoy Studio and published by Bohemia Interactive, which has been in early access on Steam since March this year, with over 300,000 copies sold.

“We have known Enjoy Studio closely for two years, and what convinced us most were the people behind it,” said Marek Španěl, co-founder and CEO of Bohemia Interactive.
“Everwind has shown what this team is capable of, but this investment is not about a single game,” he said.
“It is an expression of our confidence in the talent of the entire studio and a step toward a closer, long-term partnership.
“We want to make the best games we can together and bring them to as many players as possible.”
The Bohemia Incubator program has evolved from its original idea into individual projects that develop shared ownership of the end product.
However, the investment and partnership will see both companies cooperate on future projects while continuing to separate both company identities and creative freedoms.

Enjoy Studio has welcomed Bohemia Interactive among their shareholders in a press release.
“Our collaboration so far, especially on Everwind, has been exceptionally fruitful, and we see this transaction as a strong expression of confidence in our team, our capabilities, and the direction in which we are leading the studio,” said Michał Baraniak, CEO of Enjoy Studio S.A.
“Having an experienced and respected partner by our side provides a solid foundation for further growth and opens the way to even closer collaboration.”
Also announced in the press release are expressions of full backing for a complete release of Everwind on Steam and consoles in the future and a remastering of the space adventure, Space Tail.
